Sea Breeze Properties, LLC is a full service real estate development, investment and management company, specializing in creating unique real estate development opportunities in San Diego. Sea Breeze Properties has set new standards for the highest levels of quality and professionalism in local commercial and residential development, while creating projects of lasting value for investors and clients. Sea Breeze Properties is extremely well versed in maintaining project momentum and successfully coordinating the complex financing, zoning, and entitlement elements of a sophisticated development project.

The Founder

Gary Levitt has been involved in real estate development in San Diego since 1984 and, throughout his career, has overseen the development of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial and institutional projects. He has also processed the entitlement and/or rezoning of over 2 million square feet of commercial acreage and buildings. In addition, Gary has developed dozens of residential estate sites in premier local neighborhoods such as Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, and Del Mar Mesa.
